• There is a $50 monthly retail quota. (That means you must either sell $50 worth of product or you can purchase $50 for yourself and taking off your discount would be less than that obviously).

• Commissions will be paid by Paypal/check on the 15th of each month for the previous month's sales.  Commissions will be paid out once your account reaches $20.00.

This fee covers the costs of designing of your web page, naming your web page, lifetime hosting fees (for as long as you remain a consultant), maintenance, administration fees and the such.

If you have a yahoo email address, please check your spam/trash folders for your consultant info.
Yahoo email does not apparently always like our BlessedAromatherapy.com emails and puts them in spam/trash, and we send you emails immediately when signing up so we can get your rep page up and you into the group, etc.
So, make sure to have your settings set to NOT automatically delete bulk/trash mail and IF you don't get an email from us within 24 hours (usually it's only a few hours if that) then email us preferably from a different email than a yahoo email.
We always respond quickly to emails so if there's a delay, it's because your email isn't accepting ours.

Blessed Aromatherapy Independent Representative Agreement

I agree that the above information is complete and true and that I am a legal U.S. Citizen or resident and over the age of 18.

As an Independent Rep I understand that I am not an employee of Blessed Aromatherapy and that I am provided no guarantee of income or wages.

Any income derived through my association with Blessed Aromatherapy will be based solely upon my own efforts to sell and market the products to customers.  I agree to keep track of all my earnings and be responsible for payment of all applicable State and Federal taxes as a self employed person.  I agree to comply with all Federal, State and local rules and regulations pertaining to taxes.

As an Independent Rep, I agree that I will make the necessary arrangements to obtain the information for tax purposes and business purposes through my own state.   I understand it is my duty to research this and not the obligation of Blessed Aromatherapy because I am independently representing them and not an agent of Blessed Aromatherapy .

As an Independent Rep. I agree that I can sell through personal sales, online sales, eBay, home parties, etc.  I understand that I may sell products of Blessed Aromatherapy in conjunction with other products from other companies, but may not sell them under that company’s name.  If you develop your own website you must clearly state you are an independent rep for Blessed Aromatherapy and that Blessed Aromatherapy retains all copyrights to images from Blessed Aromatherapy and they cannot be redistributed, sold or used for any other intent than to advertise for Blessed Aromatherapy . You must also submit your site to Blessed Aromatherapy for approval.

As an Independent Rep. I agree that I will receive a 25% discount on each order I place with Blessed Aromatherapy, and a 25% commission on orders placed by my customers.  

I understand that I must place or have a customer place a minimum monthly order of $50 RETAIL every single month. If I miss this requirement, I understand I will be deactivated as a consultant and my rep web page taken down and I’ll be removed from the consultant program.

I will also receive a 10% commission on my immediate down line’s orders. Commission is not paid on business supplies or kits.

I also understand that I will get 30% off one order initially to ‘build a kit’ or simply order whatever I want. There is no kit sent with start up, start up fees cover getting you set up in the company, your rep page and the 30% off on an order.

If Blessed Aromatherapy discovers you have taken monies for customers orders and not placed orders in a timely fashion or acts inappropriately, Blessed Aromatherapy reserves the right to immediately terminate you from the Blessed Aromatherapy rep program.

Commissions are paid ONCE a month on all orders and are paid via paypal or check (if paid by check there is a $1 service charge). Commissions are paid the first week of the following month.

I also understand there is a no-return policy on all products.

I understand that the start up fee is non-refundable and is used by Blessed Aromatherapy to set up my web page, and all my Ind. Rep information and status.

I understand that the owner of Blessed Aromatherapy has years of experience in direct sales and will strive to ensure satisfaction with the Ind. Rep program as well as the products.

Both the Independent Rep and Blessed Aromatherapy may choose to terminate this agreement at anytime for any reason.
